The Mushroom House is located in Cincinnati. It was an ordinary looking house when Terry Brown bought it in 1989. From around 1992-2006, he transformed into its current look. Brown was a professor of Architecture and Interior Design at the University of Cincinnati. His students helped with the redevelopment of the house which Brown used as an office. The house was put up for sale in 2006 and I believe it is still on the market as of 2012. Brown passed away in 2008. For more, see this website. |
