The First Congregational United Church of Christ was designed by Warren Weber and built in 1962. It is nicknamed "The Ark on the Hill". The interior features a 120-foot-long stained glass skylight which runs along the ridge of the roof. [map]

This First Baptist Church was designed by Keith Wollen and built in 1953. The building was demolished soon after these photos were taken in 2008. A medical center has taken its place. The church has relocated.
