Fort Lauderdale, FL
This Coca-Cola bottling plant was designed by Courtney Stewart and built in 1938. It last housed Coca-Cola in the 1970s. Stewart also designed the twin building in Ocala (see next page). Just after these photos were taken, the building was restored from 2021-2024. For more, see this website. [map]

Gainesville, FL
This Coca-Cola bottling plant was built in 1949. It is still used as a distribution plant. The building was remodeled in 2019. The letters reading "Gainesville Coca-Cola Bottling Co." on the left were removed. The Coca-Cola letters were moved about the entrance. The cream-colored brick was painted grey. [map]

Inverness, FL
This Coca-Cola bottling plant was built in 1932. In 1952, the red brick was covered with stucco. I believe the framing around the entrance and windows was part of a remodeling at that time. In 1979, the equipment was removed and this became a Coca-Cola distributor. In 1983, the building was sold to the County. It now houses the Supervisor of Elections Office. For more, see this website. This Coca-Cola building was constructed in 1937. It was renovated in 1997 and now houses the Lakeland Fire Department Administrative offices. [map]

Pepsi-Cola bottling plant
Miami, FL
This Pepsi-Cola building was built in 1940. It had housed the Social Security Administration from around 2009-2019. The building was vacant in 2020 when this photo was taken. [map]
