Muller Carousel Cedar Point, OH |

The Muller Carousel was built in 1912. It is a four row carousel with 48 jumpers, 12 standers, and four chariots. It is one of only two Muller carousels still in operation. It was previously known as Hurley's Hurdlers and located in MA and moved here in 1945. |
Dentzel Carousel Cedar Point, OH | ||
The Dentzel Carousel was built around 1921. It is a 3 row carousel with 27 jumpers, 14 standers, and 11 menagerie figures, (2 bears, 1 lion, 1 mule, 2 ostriches, 4 rabbits, 1 tiger), and 2 chariots. Daniel Muller was commissioned to adorn the horses and add decorative ornaments to some of the figures. The carousel was previously located in Philadelphia and operated at the World’s Fair in Chicago in 1938. It moved to Cedar Point in 1968 and was restored in 1981. |
