Boston Avenue Methodist Church
Tulsa, OK
The Boston Avenue Methodist Church was built in 1929. It features a 258-foot-tall tower and a 1,800-seat auditorium. It was designed by Adah Robinson and Bruce Goff. Warehouse Market
Tulsa, OK
The Warehouse Market was built in 1929 as the Public Market. It housed the Warehouse Market from 1938 until the 1970s. It remained vacant until the mid-1990s when Home Depot bought the building. There were plans to demolish the building and build a new one. After much public outcry, the building's facade was saved and adapted for a small strip mall in front of the new Home Depot store. Tulsa Fire Alarm Building
Tulsa, OK
The Tulsa Fire Alarm Building was designed by Frederick V. Kershner and built from 1931-1934. It remained in operation until 1984. In 2000, the American Lung Association of Oklahoma bought the building. It was restored from 2003-2005. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. For more, see this website.
