This Kress Building in Enid was built in 1908. In its remaining years, the building was owned by the City of Enid. It was part of the Cherokee Strip Conference Center. This photo is from 2011. The building was demolished in 2016. For more, see this website.

The Kress Building in Muskogee was designed by Seymour Burrell and built in 1912. The store closed in 1974. The building was vacant for many years. This photo is from 2011. This Kress Building was built in 1909. It was designed by Julius H. Zeitner. The part of the building on the right was initially designed by Zeitner as a rental property. Kress incorporated that building into its store in 1918. The store closed in 1974. The building was restored from 2010-2011. [map] |
