These three dinosaurs were built by George Millecam in the 1960s. He built five statues and installed them at his Dine-a-Ville Motel in Vernal, UT to attract customers. Four of them were later moved to Dinosaur. Millecam built them in this order: the Stegosaurus, the Triceratops, the Hylaeosaurus, the Pachycephalosaurus, and the Tyrannosaurus Rex which remains in Vernal. The Hylaeosaurus is apparently gone.
