| The Enchanted Forest of Rhode Island opened in 1971. It featured small-scale rides and a petting zoo. It also had a giant boot which functions as a slide. I don't know if this place was related to other Enchanted Forests. It did have other storybook structures, but in 2004 when this photo was taken, it had been taken over by an amusement company and the emphasis was put on kiddie rides. In 2005, the park closed and the rides were auctioned off. |
