This former Standard Oil station had been vacant since at least 2006. In 2015, the building was refurbished. In 2016, Delmar Lee's Chop Suey opened in the building. The restaurant closed around 2024. The building is now being renovated for Olio which is expected to move here in 2025. [map] |
