Tee Time Miniature Golf [gone]
Stone Harbor, NJ
Tee Time Miniature Golf featured European-style mini golf which is far more challenging than the American version. This rooftop course had unfelted greens, aka eternite, and was sanctioned by the World Minigolf Federation. It frequently hosted the Masters National ProMinigolf Tournament. The course had small signs which gave players tips on the best way to play each hole. The course was built in 1999. I believe the only other place in the U.S. that has an eternite course is in Jackson, WI. In 2020, this rooftop course in Stone Harbor became an artificial turf "professional putting course" for the Harbor Golf Club. It is now a more standard mini golf known as the Hang Ten Golf Club. Tee Time Miniature Golf [gone]
Stone Harbor, NJ
Tee Time Miniature Golf had a second location across the street which also had a European-style course. This one had thinly-felted greens with dimple-less balls. It was built shortly after the other course. It was gone by 2016.
