The St. Matthew's Catholic Church was designed by Morris and Wesolek and built in 1967. The poured concrete roof consists of two hyperbolic paraboloids. The bell tower is 70 feet tall. These photos are from 2011. The church has been vacant since around 2013. For more, see this website. [map] |
