The Clark County Title Company was built from 1962-1963. The building later housed Vancouver Technology Services. It was demolished around 2019. 32 of the sculpted concrete panels created by James Lee Hansen were saved by the city and put in storage. In 2022, some of them were installed at the Esther St. underpass. For more, see this website. |
