The Lakeshore Chevrolet dealership opened here in 1998 and closed in 2008. The building remains vacant. The building appears to be from the late 1940s. Does anyone know what business was here originally? The Jackshaw Chevrolet dealership was here in the mid-1950s. By the early 1960s, Glavic Motors occupied the building. [map] |

The DiNovo Building was built in 1923. From 1932-2008, DiNovo sold Chrysler-Plymouth cars here. The building remains vacant. [map] |

former Buckles Motors Urbana, OH |
This former Buckles Motors building was built in 1945 for John D. North Motor Sales, a Ford dealer. The dealership also sold gas at that point and had a couple of Texaco pumps and a sign. In 1956, the building began housing Buckles, selling General Motor and Pontiac. Buckles was still open in 2006 but gone by 2010 when this photo was taken. By 2018, the building was housing True Inspection Services. The building now houses Streamline Design & Print and is being restored. [map] |
