By 2013, the sign was gone. Poll-Parrot produced children's shoes. There are only a few of this company's signs left including these in Las Vegas, NV, Atlanta, GA, and Barnsdall, OK.
The Marie's Package Store, a liquor store, sign appeared to be from the 1950s or 1960s. This photo is from 2010. By 2015, the building and sign were gone. This star sign is installed on the building which now houses the House of Prayer. I don't know what business here when the sign was installed. It is probably from the 1960s. [map] |

This Mr. Burger had closed by 2007. The sign was adapted for Tobacco Town. This sign would have looked like this one in Dimmit, TX originally. cars and signs collection [gone] Springdale, AR |
|
This building had been housing this cars and signs collection since just before these photos were taken in 2019. It's not clear if this was just a private collection or if this was a classic car sales business. I took these photos through the windows since there was no one there to talk to. Everything is gone now and there's a new business in the building. |

By 2009, the Hotel Riceland sign had deteriorated badly with rust. In 2009, this replica sign had been built by Arkansas Sign and Neon Company and installed. The original sign might have been from the 1940s or 1950s. For more, see this website. [map]

This Kaiser-Frazer car dealership sign hangs above the Tex-Ark Antique Auto Museum. It came from a former business in town. For more, see this website. Twilight Motel Texarkana, AR |
|
The Twilight Motel pole sign is probably from the 1950s. The support itself has been modified. The steel panels around the pole were removed around 2015. The rooftop sign (second photo above) is probably from the 1950s or 1960s. In 2020, the pole sign was found lying on the ground. It's not known whether it was hit by a car or had a rusted-out pole. In 2022, it was still on the ground in 2022. By 2023, it was gone. The rooftop sign remains. For more, see this website. [map] |
