Cow
Middlebush, NJ
2007: 2009:
This Cow has either had the horns removed remove or never had them. The statue was brown and white, then was painted black and white, and then back to brown and white. Sometime between 2007 and 2009, this cow was repainted black and white. In the 1960s, the statue was taken to parades and store openings to promote the Cream O'Land Dairy. When it was not on the road, it was located at the dairy's store. The store also had a 10-foot-tall rotating milk bottle. When Cream O'Land's building was demolished in the late 1970s or early 1980s, this statue was moved to this dairy farm. It was subjected to pranks and being knocked over. Today, it stands way back in the paddock with live cows. [map]
