Golf City opened in 1963 with an around the world theme. It was demolished in 2005. For more, see this website. [photos thanks Sean Igo] |
Dottie's Miniature Golf [gone] Salt Lake City, UT |
|
Dottie's Miniature Golf opened around 1960 as an Arnold Palmer Miniature Golf Course. It had been Dottie's since the early 1990s. As far as I know, this was the last surviving example of an Arnold Palmer Putting Course. An abandoned one in Birmingham, AL is also gone. Unfortunately, Dottie's was not open when I was there. I was only able to get these two photos through the fence. In 2009, a sign indicated that they had closed for good. By 2014, the course had been demolished. For more, see this website. |
Trafalga Fun Center Lehi, UT |
|||
The Trafalga Fun Center opened in 2010. This American themed mini golf course was built from 2007-2008 for the Liberty Land Fun Center. [map] |
