This House at Leetsdale & East Shangri La Drive was built in 1964 for Harold and Frayde Leventhal. It was demolished in 2016.

Rush Razee House

Windsor Gardens
Denver, CO
The Windsor Gardens condominium buildings for retired adults were built between 1962 and 1973. The 72 buildings feature the extensive use of concrete block screens. The tower was built in 1962 and contained a 12-foot-tall sculpture of a nude couple embracing named "Eternal Youth." The revolving sculpture was created by Alford M. Terry. The statue fell in 2022. After it is repaired, it will be installed at the base of the tower. It was not there in 2023. [map]
