The Mager Mortgage Company building was designed by Sorey Hill and Sorey and built in 1959. The building now houses Midtown Vets. [map]

Bettes Building

The Bettes Building was built from 1956-1957. It was designed by Caudill, Rowlett, & Scott. The building housed the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City for many years. Around 2017, the building began housing TEEM, The Education and Employment Ministry. Around 2020, the building was remodeled and the screens of the building were covered up. The building which houses CAMP (Campaign Advocacy Management Professionals) was built in 1960. It previously housed Brighter Days Youth and Family Services. I don't know what was there originally. [map]

The Malco Building was built in 1965. The building was later known as the George Krumme Building. [map]

The ARC

The ARC was designed by Howard, Samis & Davies. It was built in 1965 as the Sunbeam Home's Family Service Center. For more, see this website. [map]

Keso Clinic

The Keso Clinic was built in 1966 for Dr. Larson Keso, an orthodontist. It was designed by Bill Halley. The two gabled buildings are connected by a flat-roofed building. In 2024, the building was vacant and being renovated. For more, see this website. [map]
