This Seaboard National Bank was designed by Frank Rasche and built in 1930. The building later housed a Bank of America. It now houses the Korean Cultural Center. [map]

This Southern California Edison Company building was designed by George Boggs Allison and Ulysses Floyd Rible. It was built from 1930-1931 and now houses offices and a Torrey Pines Bank on the ground floor. The "Power" mural inside was created by Hugo Ballin. [map]
