The Hall of Transportation, also known as Building 2, was built in 1938 for the Golden Gate International Exposition. It was designed by William Peyton Day and George William Kelham. The plan was to use the building after the Exposition as an airplane hangar but that never happened. The building now houses Island Creative. [map] |
