This former Texaco station was vacant in 2008. By 2014, the building housed Keys Auto Repair. By 2016, the building was housing Elite Auto Brokers and the top part of the building had been painted red. It now houses a used car dealership. For more, see this website. [map] |

This former Texaco station was built in 1941 as an example of Texaco's "Type E" design. This station is often referred to as "Whittier's Texaco Station." The separate bay building was used for lubrication service. It was built at the same time as the other building. The station was last used for pumping gas in 1965. After that, it was used for a used car business. The station has been vacant since 1997. It was being restored when these photos were taken in 2013. It was completed by 2014. The buildings were still vacant in 2016. In 2018, the Full Service Coffee Co. opened in the buildings. The separate bay building was used for restrooms and storage.
